Does anyone have a way to check on Kim? She has not been on the DIS since 6/14.

Keep in mind, the Coffee mugs hold about 6 oz, I think these are one of Disney's subtle ways of getting us to either buy the refillable mugs or a souvenir mug each trip. I like to sit on the balcony with my coffee each morning and not have to run back in for a refill right away.

Most trips I'll buy a refillable, but then proceed to use it with my own brewed coffee the entire trip

Good to know. I may just bring some of our own travel mugs (not to use as refillable! ) for the coffee.

Note to self: Find a cool large coffee mug next trip and find a way to fit it in the OL. We already brought our own corelle large bowl for cereal that's in the OL along with other "touches from home" like Mickey Pepper Grinder, measuring cups & spoons. I deserve not to have to go back to the coffee maker every 7-8 sips to refill my coffee mug!

It's very handy, my spouse is disabled so we have to bring a number of assistance devices to make the room accessible. The OL alleviates the need to bring an entire suitcase, which saves baggage fees, tips and the hassle of loading the car. Plus I have lots of other little things in there that make the villa seem more like home.

I hope someone can get a hold of Kim, she's had a tough year so I hope she's OK.

I thought I would throw my 2 cents in here on the Owner's Locker information... You do not have to be DVC members to buy a membership! Anyone can have an Owner's Locker and I recommend it highly. It comes in handy to store things that can no longer be carried onboard planes!

That trip sounds wonderful. I have been trying to do the same with my kids. I can never get everyone on the same page.

As soon as you have your dates I will add you to the list. I have noone out Aug 12 so you would be #1.

well since you ask , our dates will be 8/8/12 through 8/18/12. Most likely we will be at Kidani. Just need to wait until Sept & the 11 month mark to make the reservation.

My sister loves the large coffee mugs that Rainforest Cafe sells.

Over the years I have learned when to make it at home and when to leave it to the experts! Monte Cristo from Blue Bayou, worth it! ZDs, I think I'll leave it to the experts!
