Saint Patrick's Day at DLR

I will be going to DLR in March and it just so happens that one of the days my friends decided to go is on Saint Patrick's Day!

Does DLR do anything special on this day, either regarding events, merchandise, etc?

Are crowd levels any higher on this day? (it will be a Thursday)
From the poll posted about when certain DIS members will have their Spring Breaks, I know that week in March got the 2nd most votes, so i am prepared for those crowds.

They will have some shirts and maybe some plush for St Patricks. They have had some really cute shirts in the past. There is nothing special other than that that I saw when I was there. The crowds were normal spring break crowds. Don't forget to wear your green.

In DTD, you can usually find plush toys, hats, including ears, antenna balls, and shirts for St. Patrick's Day.

Besides the super-cute shirts (green shirts with "Irish Mickey" that were embellished with green glitter) there were also some special treats for the day. I know there was more than one, but the one that sticks out in my memory looked like a Tigger Tail dipped in chocolate, with sugar shamrocks on it...it was really cute & yummy, too.

Thanks everyone! I was hoping to maybe get some sort of St Patrick's Day themed ears. If not, the shirts shound like they are usually cute too

We just happened to go on St. Patrick's Day last year. It wasn't very crowded. It was our spring break, but I don't think it was most other schools'.They had cute Mickey ears with the message and year in green, and some other clothes.

Other than that, I didn't notice anything seasonal.

I went during St. Patrick's Day last year and I thought the crowds were above average last year.

I'm going to a convention that starts the next day, and of course I'll come a day early so I'll be at Disneyland on St. Paddy's Day too, wearing the shirt I got in 2008!! I bet they make them every year!

... and if you are a pin collector, there will most likely be a St. Patty's Day pin you can pick up.

We will also be there for St Patty's Day this year and it is my DS 5th birthday that day. Seeing the green mouse ears, that I know he will love, makes me so excited! My husband is thinking he will need to have a regular Irish dinner in honor of St Patty's day. Is there anywhere in DLR or DCA that will have anything special for St Pattys? We are eating at POC/Blue Bayou for my DS's birthday lunch that day but would love to find a fun place that would have a St Pattys celebration for dinner. It almost seems like too much to have on one day: DS turning 5, being at DLR, and St Patrick's Day but we are up for the task

When I was there last month there was already a lot of St Patricks stuff out- ears, pins, shirts and plush Mickey and Duffys all dressed up.
