Sailing Or Fishing Anyone???

We are off to WDW in just over 2 weeks! Can't wait!!!!!!!!!
My mother and father in law are coming with us and they are interested in possibly going out to the ocean someday and taking a day sailing or fishing trip??? Anyone ever done something like this or can anyone recommend something??? Any help would be appreciated!

you can do both on WDW property.

you can go fishing in several places.

sailing at the Cont.

kept in mind that both the ocean and gulf are around 90 minutes (probably more because of traffic) from WDW. so they need to all at least 3 hours of travel time.

if they still want too - then come back.

Yes we are aware that is is a pretty good distance...thanks!
They are planning on setting an entire day aside for this, so they don't mind the travel time! They really want to go to the ocean. We will be traveling with young children and we set aside a "do nothing" day..no parks etc
we figured we would just hang out at the resort and use the pools! So this is the day they would be going!
Any ideas???
