Some one said quite a while back I dont know if anyone else saw this but they said DCL uses special streamers so if you dropped them in water they disolved in a few minutes I am not sure if this is true but I thought it was neat

In five cruises we only had them on the EB PC Repo.

Same here (but in 9 cruises).

Wish we could all do that cruise again. What fun!

Last DCL cruise was in Aug 05, no streamer because of all the litter on and about the Port. The disscussion back then on DIS was to bring bubbles, which we did. Are there still people bringing on Bubbles on to the Ships for the Sail Away.

There have been reports on here that DCL now frowns upon bubbles as it makes the deck slippery.

We had them on the Wonder in Dec. but not on our May cruise.

Same here had them in Dec but not in May. In the past they did not have these. I thought maybe it was a safety issue that caused them to stop.

We had the streamers on the sticks on the Nov 15, 2009 sailing of the Magic. My kids loved waving them around, I think they actually came home with us.

You know, I have just received the last of the pictures from that cruise...over 3000 of them ordered. I am sorting them out now to put into albums and then decide which ones I want for the scrapbooks. That was an amazing 3 weeks!!! I hope that the WBTA is just as nice.

On my last cruise, a 7 day in March, they were handing them out. I had my two kids with me and asked for three, one for each of us, and the CM said they were for kids only and gave only me one for each of my children -- no big deal, I wasn't upset. My 3 year old son didn't want his after a few minutes and gave me his so I got one after all.

Where did you all go for 3 weeks...all cruise?

We flew from NC to CA and because three of us had never been there before spent 5 days at DL and Universal before boarding the Magic for 15 nights to take her back to FL.

We had them on the Magic in January. Same deal though, for kids only. Somehow I did end up with one though

The cruise was 15 days but we went to DL before and after because it was a coast to coast flight for us (D.C./MD to CA).
3 weeks of Disney magical heaven!

the last cruise I was on the gave one to anybody on deck it was a 7 day cruise in december 08 the gave one too my mom and dad and my older sisters the CM walked up and handed them to you they had a ton all kids and adults got one that asked for one

when I went both weeks on my back-2-back on the Magic February 21st-February 28th and February 28th-March 7th, 2009 they gave my dad and I streamers both weeks and we aren't kids
