Safes at CSR

I know it's listed somewhere, I would think that every tidbit about every inch of WDW is posted somewhere, but I cant find it.

Does anyone have the actual inside dimensions of the wall safes at CSR?

I dont have exact but here is what I remember. The safe was about 12 to 15 inches long, 8 or 10 high and about 3 inches deep. I was big enough to put some jewelry and important papers. Not very big at all. I may be way off that's just what I remember. I hope that helps.

OK.. so not big enough to put a laptop in. Well I guess it would be if you had a small enough laptop... I'll make sure I have my lock for the laptop before I go.. Cant tell if mine would fit or not, so better safe then sorry. If it fits great. Will still hope for someone to have the actual dimensions.

My laptop, an IBM Thinkpad T-42, was much too big to fit in our safe at CSR.

We were just there for 7 days, and I never locked my laptop. I did stow it away in a suitcase. No problems. Heck, if you saw my OP-I mentioned how DH left the safe WITH key in it AND valuables there for the taking, and they were perfectly untouched.

We've left ours right on the table without issue for the last two trips.

Yea, but I've been reading more about things disappearing from hotel rooms, yes even WDW's.. Was just curious. Think I'll just make sure I get some sort of lock and not make it obvious.
