I believe the they were handing out candy at Disney Springs a few years ago...

Yes we went to mnsshp but wanted 2 find a place we could go on Halloween. i read on wdwinfo that disney springs will not be passing out candy.

The cabins and campgrounds at ft wilderness decorate a lot, maybe they give candy too?!
