I know that each person must have their own account to enter and upload all of the required information and documents. But can I correctly assume that one person can do this for everyone in the group, even other adults? If so, what information is needed?

I did my spouse‘s so it got done-

standard info & copy of their vax card.

I would use their own email address as well which you will need a authentication code when you make their account. Its a 6 digit numerical code.

I did my entire family which included my adult daughter. As sethschroeder said, you need separate emails accounts for the adults. I would mention I never got a code for my wife's account. It was frustrating me as I checked spam and created a new email account for it. Finally I got frustrated and just hit enter when it asked for the code. Took me right in to register.

luckily I anticipated that and set it up with emails I have easy access to so I didn’t have to wait for the reply from them on the code

Uh birthdate, reservation number, phone number I think that was it. Nothing I didn’t have memorized or at my fingertips
