Does each adult have their own QR code or is it the same for the whole reservation?

Also is there a safe passage app or just the website?

Each person would have their own qr code, but you only need 1 per group, you can even use the qr code from the cruise checkin doccuments.
As far as I know safe passage is only on a website.
