Safe Passage Question

We are 13 days out from our Jan 2 cruise. I went to Safe Passage yesterday to register and I am getting an error message stating "reservation not found". Has anyone encountered this error? I states to call a 1-800 number...ugh!
 
It happened to us in November. Make sure to call safe passage at the 1800 number and ask about it. Our Sailing didn't become available till 12 days out for some reason.
 

Question for those who have sail since Covid and have used safe passage previously - we sailed in October and still have an account, do I need to reload our documents or will they carry over (vaccine cards).

I believe you can use the same login, but you will need to add the reservation and upload all documents again.

You will need to add the new reservation to your existing Safe Passage accounts under "Register New Guest / Add New Reservation". You will need to use your existing accounts' email addresses and your Reservation Number for the new cruise. All of your previously uploaded vaccine cards will be there.

GRRRRR. It doesn't seem as though I should have to come to disboards to get the answer to a question but I know that's the most efficient way.

I'm trying to do safe passage for my husband. It won't let me use my email address, that I used for my safe passage.
Does everyone need a separate email address? Seems odd.

Yes, each adult passenger needs their own login. Only children will register under an adult account.
