Hello,
I am hoping someone can relate to my scenario or help understand what my options are.
My wife and I are leaving soon for our Disney Wish cruise on the 24th. We are both vaccinated and I signed up for Safe Passage the moment I could. I got our vaccine cards and uploaded them. My card has been approved and clear for sailing. My wife on the other hand had an invalid lot number on her card. So Safe Passage asked that we got our official health department records. My wife got her records from the health department but saw that the records they provided did not have the lot numbers. So we went back to the place we got our vaccines and asked if they could check the system again. They were able to get into the official immunization system and gave a print out with the lot numbers. I provided both sets of documentation but it's been 3 days now and still does not have her cleared. I plan on calling today, but wanted to prepare contingency plans.
Has anyone had any issues like this? If so, did you bring down your vaccination records to port and everything was fine with an in person check? If we need to get covid tests, is any location fine? It mentions needing teleheath proctored but I have also seen folks use urgent cares or etc. I would really like to get a test before we leave on Saturday. Is 2 calendar days sufficient or does it HAVE to be 48 hours to the dot of our arrival time?
I am sure I am worrying for nothing but just want to ease my mind here. Thanks in advance.
