Safe Passage - Accepted Documentation

Hi all! We sail in April. My husband lost his vaccination card month ago. He has the print out from his MyChart portal (hospital records system) that states that dates he was vaccinated and which one he received. He does have the DHEC card for his booster, but it only lists the one. I can't find anything about what documentation regarding proof of vaccination will be accepted. If he is going to have to get something else, I'd like to tell him now versus last minute!

Safe Passage might accept other forms of proof from your state. It's best to contact Safe Passage and ask them.

Some States have a website you can go to for vaccinnation proof. Maybe that would be acceptable.

I lost my daughter's vax card in Hawaii and my local health department had a new one ready for me within an hour with just a quick email. You have more than enough time to get him a new CDC card without trying to figure out if they're going to accept some alternative.

Thanks all for your help! We can't create a Safe Passage account yet since we're more than 15 days out. However, I went to their page and sent an email to them (Inspire). They responded very quickly, reviewed my husband's documentation from MyChart and told me it was acceptable proof! I hadn't even thought of being able to contact them, so appreciate the idea. My husband went round and around with the State DHEC last fall to get proof for his employer and never could, so we were concerned.

OP - I was just writing to say that I think that as long as his documentation includes all the necessarily info there shouldn't be any problem with Inspire accepting it. Inspire accepts documents from people coming from multiple countries and healthcare situations, not everyone has a CDC card. There are other viable ways to prove vaccination.
