safe in stateroom?

Can someone tell me if the staterooms have a safe...i don't want to wear my jewelry when at Castaway Cay but not comfortable with just leaving it in the room.

Yes, there is a small safe in the closet of your stateroom. It opens and locks with you KTTW card. I would recommend you put the jewelry there. When we went in December I put everything I could fit in there. The people we were traveling with had a small amount of money taken, that was accidentally left out. I don't think it's a problem, but just to be safe!!

Safes in room activated by KTTW card. Safes are big enough to hold small items. The KTTW card used to open the safe to insert the items must be the same card used to open the safe to extract the items. So, don't have DH put items in for you if you are going to be the one who wants to get them out when DH is not around.

Yes, the staterooms have a small (shoebox size) safe, located in the closet. It can only be activated by a room card. For us, only my DH's card would activate the safe.

We kept our passports, extra cash, and my good jewelry in it.
