Reading older posts it doesn't seem like the in room safe can fit a lap top. Has anyone had success putting their laptop in the safe?

No the safes are not big enough for a laptop to fit in and really haven't been a hotel room that does and the reason I have to leave mine at home

No chance of a laptop to fit, but it would fit an iPad if you stood it up vertical.

I just put my laptop in on of the luggage bags with a combo lock.

Thanks for the replies. I am debating whether or not to bring it. I know at Universal we will be busy, but our other half of our vacation at the beach I will have some free time.

We take 2 laptops, i just leave it on the table for the 2 or 3 weeks we are there, and have never had any probs, or like pp said put it in the Luggage case--

Thanks for the information. Quickly measuring my lap top it is 12x16 so maybe it will maybe it won't. If it doesn't we will just put it in the suitcase as other suggested.
