I agree! I think pink looks great with yellow. I just found your PJ but I think it was on pg 36 there was a bouquet your aunt made... are you still planning to use that? I think it would look great with the dress! and will pull the pink in. Can you take a pic of the dress with those flowers for us and then that may help us decide for sure! The yellow dress is just lovely... do you know who the designer is? Why did you get the yellow dress in the first place? I've just read bits and pieces of your PJ so far but you definately seem to be a pink girl! I think you may be able to pull it off but if not... I say just buy a new dress if it's really going to bug you... and you can afford it:thumbsup2 .

I love pink too!! But guess what? Pink looks great with yellow! :lmao: Why not coordinate her flowers so they are pink and her escort's accessories and flower are pink as well? If the yellow will look really out of place, then I say pay for a pink dress. But if you feel you can work it in, just surround her in pink!

See, that's why I was asking for input. I knew I was sounding a bit neurotic thinking everything had to MATCH. I guess as long as there is consistency throughout I'm sure it will be fine. I think surrounding her in pink is probably good. Thanks! :goodvibes

My MOH is sick right now but I think it would be a good idea to take pics of the dress with the flowers. The reason I agreed to a yellow dress in the first place is that my MOH has fire engine red hair and we felt it clashed with pink and I figured that yellow and pink went well together. It was a prom dress that she bought off the rack in a Canadian store called Le Chateau (which means, "the castle") hehehe.

I have to admit that I never wanted a flower girl or a ring bearer until my niece and nephew were born. I love them both very much and I couldn't imagine my wedding without them. Plus, they will be 18 and almost 24 months. How cute will that be having them toddle down the aisle together.

Here are the clothes I picked for them:

Instead of the bow tie he will have a pink satin tie

I absolutely love this dress but I'm also thinking of maybe having her go to bibbity bobbity boutique and having her dress like Aurora because it's still pink

So cute! They will be adorable, whichever you decide!

OMG - I'm sitting here about to burst into "happy tears" over a convo I was having with DF. I was checking out Carrie's PassPorter's book and we got talking about ceremony sites. I'm obsessed with having our ceremony at the Italy Courtyard HOWEVER, there is A possibility that we have our ceremony at CINDERELLA'S CASTLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :faint:

I'll definitely keep everybody updated and thanks for the pixie dust!

I think I came up with a solution to the MOH yellow dress. I was playing around with the "dress your wedding" thing on David's bridal website. Now that I have a visual of what it can look like I don't mind the yellow. This is the tiniest pic but I couldn't figure out have to save a larger one.

This past weekend I bought a snowglobe from the disney store and I absolutely love it! Vanessa (figmentfan) inspired me because she used disney snowglobes as her centerpieces at her wedding last year. I bought a Cinderella snowglobe that was 50% off and it had an additional 20% off because they music doesn't work. I have quite the collection of snowglobes and I have never really ever played the music to I figured it didn't really matter. I'm going to be using the globe on my place card table. The dome where prince charming is lights up. It's really pretty.

i LOVE that one. Everytime our store has a sale on snowglobes I look for that one. No luck yet. I swear they hide it when they are on sale!!

thats a lovely snow globe - i think i might use tthat idea too - because i dont want flower center pieces because all my family will be travelling from UK, so they cant take flowers back with them - and snow globes seem to be a great idea because they are a great gift too- and i will give each snow globe on each table to someone on that table. hehe

We had that exact snowglobe too! It was one of the ones at our head table. I was disappointed they forgot to turn on the ones that I had some of them even had blowers for the snow and I even bought all new batteries :headache: I was surprised how excited our guests got over the snowglobes; they really enjoyed watching them. That will be a great addition to your place card table. :cat: Your kitty is really cute; we are looking to adopt a calico from our shelter and are actually going there this weekend (My last kitty was a calico too.)

Well won't they have to ship them home? Last I knew, snowglobes can't go on an airplane. I could be wrong.
