I am staying at Riviera and want to know if I can also use the Storm Along Bay Pool .

No, only guests at BC/YC can enter SAB. It's one of a couple pools they actually check you verify you are a registered guest. There are several pools that DVC guests can hop to at certain times, but the list of no-hopping seems to keep growing. But SAB will not be available to you.

Nope. Pool hopping has never been allowed at Storm Along Bay. You get a wrist band at the pool entrance once you show you are staying at Yacht or Beach Club.

Pool hopping was permitted at Stormalong Bay many years ago. My husband and son always wanted to go there on our trips. But I think it was blocked from pool hopping when they opened the BCVillas around 2001.
