In the lasted edition of Disney Files magazine at the bottom of page 6 it states that the 2011 DVC member cruise will take place aboard the Disney Dream on Sept. 18-22, 2011.

Probably not until late September or early October.

The DVC 2010 member cruise point chart can be found at the url below. This member cruise is sold out. However you can use the 2010 point chart to give you an idea of what the 2011 member cruise point chart might look like.
