S/P/D deal showing up on website now?

I just jumped onto the Disney website and it's showing the Stay/Play/Dine discount and doesn't say that it's not live. Is it available to book now or it just still for Disney Visa cardholders. I read all the fine print and nothing said it wasn't General Public but when you click to book, it doesn't show any discount?

Anyone know?

it's only the visa cardholders. I called in.

That's what I assumed - it would be REALLY nice if they would put that on the webpage very clearly...
