?'s on Wait Lists

Hi my husband and I want to meet up with our daughter the first week in Dec and as everyone knows Disney World DVC is pretty much booked. So I was going to put a Wait list in for my days and hope that we get it. So the question is this we get to put in 2 requests correct? and if you were going to try for 4 nights from Dec 1 to the 5th and you had 2 shots which resorts would you request? Also can I change my requests as time goes on or do I have a better chance if I put 2 and stick with them?
Any suggestions would be welcome

You can have 2 waitlists at one time. I would go for the bigger resorts of SSR and OKW. However, each view is considered its own waitlist so if you choose SSR, and wanted to try for both standard and preferred, it would count as your 2 and you would not be able to choose a different resort.

You can not change a waitlist but you can cancel it and put in a new one. The problem with that is that you go to the back of the line when doing so. However, if you stalk the website and are able to pick up rooms during the days you want, then canceling and putting in a new one makes sense.

When a waitlist is matched, it has to be exact and they do not hold rooms until all the days are there. So, even though someone may have gone on a waitlist in March for 5 nights, if you only have 4 waitlisted, you will fill first before them, if all that comes in are your 4 nights.
