When is the last time you watched SNL?!? All these were from when I was growing up.

I loved last Christmas when Matt Damon did "Best Christmas Ever."

Another classic, I sing that song in my head all the time: "And if they should bar wars, please let these Star Wars... stay!"

7 minutes long, they really let some of the sketches stretch their legs and walk around back then.

I found that skits were better the first few years too. Writers must have been better. I lost interest sometime around 1980.

The comedy at the beginning could be harsh, but it was usually fair. "Point / Counterpoint" was a good example.

Now, the comedy is mean, crude, and has a definite agenda. It's just not funny anymore.
