We currently have a room booked thru SOG (at the POP) as an overflow for our trip in May. We got our reservation confirmation in the mail over the weekend & it looks the same as a normal Disney Resort confirmation.

Does anyone know - can we contact CRO with room requests using our Ressie #, or do I have to contact SOG again?

If we wanted to sign up for the "Disney's Magical Express Service" from the aiport - can we just call CRO to sign up, or would it not be available since we're booked thru the SOG?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated - thanks!

Room requests must be made through SOG, CRO cannot make any changes to your ressie.

I don't know about magical express, sorry.
