??'s about milespree and web certs

Does anyone here do milespree? What is the best way to earn miles/ $$ with this program? I signed up for it a long time ago and I have 3000 miles, but I have never really understood this program. Maybe it's one that I should give up in favor of another program?

Also, is there a way to convert web certificates to Disney Dollars? I really prefer to get DD when possible to help defray the cost of a trip, since I don't drive down and won't really need to purchase anything special for a trip.
