Driving to FL from Delaware on I-95 - I need a clean hotel room in Georgia - any suggestions? Normally we are campers but we might be doing an impromptu trip without the RV.

I stayed in a relatively new (opened in 2008) Microtel Inn there for a very decent price. It is situated right off I-95 and adjacent to a Cracker Barrel restaurant. Their rooms are simple but comfortable and they offer free wifi and long distance phone calls. Check out TripAdvisor.com for some other good ideas if you think you don't want to stop in Walterboro, SC.

I am a road warrior for a living. I depending on the year I will spend about 135-180 days in a hotel. I have reward points in all the chains. For the money and Clean-The Holiday Inn Express has it hands down. The Hilton chain is my next choice but cost gose up.

Southern Georgia,we hit the Courtyard by Marriott in Brunswick.240 miles left to the Fort.

From SC/GA to GA/FL state line is about 125 miles on I-95. What area are you looking for?
