I frequent rvitch.com and dogandtrailer.com the latter is a smaller board but wicked helpful and friendly folks. Some of the bigger boards tend to be critical of newbie questions IMHO.

Oh and a like the forest river forums mentioned, many other manufacturers have forums too. Well, unofficial like here at the DIS

irv2.com not only has forums for all types of rigs, but a wealth of information about anything related to camping and RVing.

www.trailerlifedirectory.com is a great resource and has a good forum. Great recommendations on campsites, and the folks in the forum are friendly and informative. Always lots of newbies joining. Good luck!

Thanks for the responses everybody. We put down a deposit this weekend for a small Starcraft. There are some downsides to getting it, but we have decided the pros outweigh the cons for us.

Next fall we might even get to come down to the Fort!
