RV at Fort Wilderness...dining plan

I have a friend who is planning a trip to Disney World, staying at Fort Wilderness in their RV. Her question is, does that qualify her for the free dining offers. I didn't know what to tell her. And if it does qualify her, is it just for quick service or what.

Campsites are not eligible for free dining - just the cabins.

However, those staying at camp sites may add a dining plan (at normal rates) with a camp site + tickets + dining plan package.
