Finally after a long weekend 100 pounds
What a tempting last few days.
Halloween party on Saturday. This one had a bunch of kids so the snacks were cookies and cupcakes and such. Just one cookie and a few pretzels. Got my full treadmill time in late in the evening.
Sunday was much harder. Late afternoon evening party with real food. UMMMM barbeque meatballs only had one. Pork sausage mini quiche again only one complete aaannnd a few poor misshaped ones that looked like no one would eat them. Carrots and peppers had a couple dozen except the dang things were slippery and kept falling into the the dip...
Got home around 9pm and jumped on the treadmill but after 1/2 hour said enough is enough.
And a handfull of Cashews.
Sunday afternoon while setting my watches I had to take another link out of my everyday watch. My good vacation watch has a rubber watch band and needed to cut a link from it. That was sort of strange since that band will never fit me again if the weight comes back which it wont.
And a few fried Wonton
Tracy sorry it just took another couple days to get here luckily I dont do that many parties. Halloween is my favorite Holiday.
Heather still no Whiite Castle yet I am no going to save it sort of like a food credit for the drive to WDW in December. Also I skipped lunch Sunday knowing what was in store.
And one Intsy bitsy piece of Peanut butter brownie.
Angela- Hello Just read you journal welcome to back to WISH I am still pretty new but trying to keep up.
And of course they had almost burnt Peanut Butter cookies. This along with Frozen Reece Cups are my favorite. Just took one ...of course the biggest for the ride back home.

Thanks everyone I just have a month before WDW and my 230 goal looks good but no sense stopping there maybe I can squeeze out another 5 or 10.
