Hi, thought I'd skip over here to get some insight and motivation.
I just started this 2 weeks ago, doing a mile to mile an 1/4 with my kids. I'm definitely feeling "lighter", but haven't started to drop any weight really.
I'm 5' 5" and weigh about 138. My legs and arms are toned, but I have a belly and my hips are wider than they used to be. My weight was always a firm 118 to 120 and I think that's where I should be? I dunno...
So have any of you walked/jogged off the pounds? How much in what time frame?
