Running trails

Does anyone know of a list or map where I can find running trails near the resorts? We are staying at animal kingdom in a couple weeks and I need to get a couple runs in.

There really aren't any - the "jogging paths" Disney maps out are basically laps around the resort paths. I don't recommend running on any of the streets and Disney frowns upon it.

Per Disney: "Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge features an approximate 0.16-mile jogging trail around the Uzima Pool area. Maps are available at the Resort Concierge." This basically means "run around the pool deck."
