Here we are again, starting over on a Monday. You showed great promise the last time around but again feel into old habits of short term gain. Snacking at night, order delivery (way to much food), over eating and saying today is a cheat day. Before you know it two weeks have pst and all of the hard work is gone. The 9 pounds gone has been regained and your back is hurting from the changes.

No satisfaction has come from this...only guilt. Same cycle and same guilt. Why have you not learned...

You are stronger than this, push through the wants and desires. Push through the short term gains. Push through the noise and take care of business. You want this so get it done!
