Hi Lynn! I read your last report and just got caught up on this one! That's awesome about the half marathon!! I really want to do that someday... I did my first one this year in Maryland but I'm super slow lol... I did it in 2 hr and 36 minutes.. One time last week, my mom thought it would be cute to dress my son in a football jersey...it ended up being a CUTLER one from last year I had to change him immediately.

I liked him too. He wasn't my FAV but I liked him. I really really really miss Shanahan thought.

But I guess I just must embrace an all-new team this year pretty much. SO many changes!!

OMG Lynn I saw the breaking news while watching the game last night... I seriously went LOL! ...im thinking you feel the same in this but I'm really not at all thrilled by the idea of mr. michael vick.. on the Eagles... I'm like cmmooon of ALL teams.. I don't know whos worse.. TO or him!?? Yeah definitley NOT happy.. I don't support it.. thats for sure.. oh well we shall see.. he signed a 2 year contract haha..thats if he LASTS that long before getting himself in more trouble..

I DONT feel bad for him or think he should have been allowed to play in the NFL ever again! HE had all the money in the world.. he chose animal cruelty(my bf and I have a dog) im sure any pet owner and of course NON pet owner feels the same.. just not fair... shouldnt even have the PRIVLEGE to play in the NFL..

I did it in 1 hour and 38 mins!! Not bad considering the heat today.I can't wait for the fall because I run quicker in the cooler weather. When I run I take a GU energy gel, chocolate outrage, at 45 mins! Those things are awesome. They work really well. I also run with a water bottle, I have to.

I'm so ready for the half. I can't wait!!

I know, it is a tough one. Personally, it makes me wonder how long they plan on keeping McNabb, though I don't think Vick is much of a quarterback. I guess we'll see. It'll make for some interesting football.
