Running in costumes?

Several friends and I plan to run a local 5K race end of this month. We would like to dress-up in costumes. Any suggestions for costumes for male and female runners? No elaborate costumes cos' none of us can sew!

for the coming Tower of Terror 13K Susan, Cathy and I have 'dressed up' a Target tech shirt. Between fabric paint and that no-sew glue we managed to get a bit crafty At least this way if it's hot we'll be wearing tech shirts. Plus Target shirts are fairly inexpensive.

Oh we used the men's shirts (sorry guys that's why there are never any left for you )
