I am recovering from bronchitis and cannot afford to get sick again. I bought an Under Armour hood that covers my head, ears, neck, and face. After I put on my sunglasses, everything is covered. The temp this morning was only 30 degrees, so I decided to wear my hood for the first time. The hood worked great and I didn't breathe in cold air. However, my sunglasses were steamed up the entire time.

My questions is this: is there a product that you can spray on your glasses to keep from being steamed up/fogged up while you're running?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks. :cool2:

Yes there is a spray for the sunglasses. We have some for diving and our masks, speedo makes it. I would assume it would work for your sunglasses too. Try the sporting goods dept or even the optical store (I shop at Walmart, they have optical right in store).

The foam (not gel) shaving cream works also if you have that handy. Just a little, then wipe it clear. Also, gross as it seems, a little bit of spit wiped til it's clear will do the trick.

You really need glasses that do not ride on the cheeks, either....if that makes sense.
