Runner tracking aggravation

Anyone else having issues with runner tracking? The site won't let me login, change my password or register.

are you using the Xact alert site? I was already a member and signed up for the 3 races they are tracking this weekend. No issues.

I am a member there too. I am tracking 9 runners in our group and tagged a few cell numbers with no issues either.
