Because I am a sucker I see it as part of a larger plan for having another race weekend at Disneyland that they haven't finalized yet in January where Tinker Bell used to be.
But seriously, Disney needs to just announce this stuff instead of all the stupid build up. The teasers create a frenzy that the announcement never really lives up to.

Comments on the Disney blog page aren't that supportive since it has been moved to Mother's Day.

We'll see what else they do for CA.

I'm not happy the race has been moved. I thought Jan. was a perfect time for Tink.

But I do hope DL gets another race. We really do need another race out here.

It's three... both coasts and DLP. DLP is definitely a 15 race, not sure of the other two

As someone who would be traveling to Ca for the race I'm all for it being moved out of January. The downside, I'm hoping that's not the weekend DH is to graduate with his PhD.
