RunDisney Special Price Tickets

I am ordering two park tickets for companions who will be with us for Expedition Everest 2015. I can order them through the RunDisney site and get a really good discount. How will I go about adding these tickets to profiles in order to make FP+ reservations? I've only added APs to profiles, so I am a little behind the times. Do I need to wait until the tickets get here before I can get the numbers, or will I be able to use some information from my purchase confirmation to enter into a profile immediately? Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.

The ticket confirmation numbers can be linked in MDE. That's all you need to schedule the FPs.

And there will be ticket confirmation numbers given when you order from the RunDisney site (really from the ESPN special events site)?

Yes. There was a thread running yesterday that also discussed the RunDisney tickets. Any time you order eTickets, Confirmation numbers for each ticket are listed.
