First time doing Rundisney. Springtime surprise 5k 4/4. Question can this be done Finish run (in my case mostly walk) and get back to resort in time for cruise bus pick up say 930

Welcome! And yes, you can make it. Races start at 5am, but even if you start with the very last group of starters, you'll be through the start line by 6am. They don't time or sweep the 5K, but they do start to close the course behind the last runners by about 7:30am. The latest you could possibly finish would be 8am. Just jump on the bus back to your resort and you'd still have at least an hour to make that cruise bus. Have fun!

I ran the Princess 10K the morning before I boarded the Disney Treasure and even with the longer distance, I had plenty of time to get back to my room before we had to leave for port! Usually for the 5Ks, I am placed somewhere around Corral D and take my time through the course, and get back to the resort before 7:30 am.
