Run Event Scheduled for Thanksgiving morning

My DD got an e-mail concerning a run event to be held at SSR on Thanksgiving morning.
We have two room booked one in her name and one in mine. I did not get the e-mail, just wanting to know if anyone else received it and if they have any additional information.
My DD's says that you can only sign-up for it at the resort and only on the check-in morning, we arrive on Wed.

There was a run on Thursday at SSR and one on Friday at Boardwalk.
We chose to do our own run/walk at SSR both days.

Thanks for the update. That is great to hear! Maybe the runs are returning. We did our own Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving at SSR last year as the runs weren't happening. Even made medals for us all. Had a bottle of water and a granola bar as well.
