Run (don't walk) to Target....Disney goodies in the $1 Spot!

Don't know if anyone posted this yet, but, I just went to Target to buy some trip necesseties (I'd say "last minute" but we are still 20 days out! ), and discovered some GREAT Disney goodies in the $1 Spot (I think that's what it's called). Especially great for travel activities.....
Princess and Pooh "Pop Up Pencils" (the ones with the little leads that pop up) - 4/pack
Pencils with stamp toppers - 2/pack
Letter magnets
Journal books
Stickers - 2 sheets/pack
Princess dress up magnets
Magnetic notepads

They had all of these in either Pooh & Friends or the Disney Princesses - no other characters. It's all really cute, and like I said, some great travel activities, all for a dollar each! I bought DD some of the pencils, pencils with stamps, a journal, and 2 packs of stickers to pack in her carry-on for the plane. I think it will be a little pre-trip surprise from Mickey!!

Oh, and truth be told, I got myself a pack of the pop up Princess pencils too(say THAT 3 times fast!)

Our Target had magnetic Cinderella, Belle and Aurora. No Ariel, which is who DD wanted, but she was happy with Cinderella!

Thanks for the info - I will stop by asap. I found some Disney items at Deal$ today. Not as much as you all did, but all for $1. I also saw a great Disney coloring book (Mickey on front) and some classic Disney stickers with Minnie, Mickey, and some Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Ariel & Belle. No Snow White, which is DD's favorite.

I called my target. They said they only have Halloween stuff. I don't think he knew what he was talking about. lol.

I was at Target the other day and all they had was the stuff they were clearancing out at 75%. Maybe they have the Disney stuff now. I'll have to make a trip to Target soon so I'll check it out. I'm still on driving restrictions since having surgery and can't drive myself anywhere until the end of the month. I'll just have to convince DH to take me sometime soon. Thanks for the heads up. The magnetic princesses sound really cool. I might even pick them up for nieces.

My MIL went last night and stocked up on a few items... she gave me a brief list of stickers, iron ons, pens or pencils...

For how long they stay in the $1 section... I guess it depends on the items. I was there on Monday and they were clearing out the 75% off items. I remember going in June and seeing things there for Father's Day and they lasted about a month. I don't know if all stores have this section because I went to another Target close by on Friday and they didn't have the same type of $1 section.

THANK YOU so much for the tips! I did get some really cute things for our upcoming trip and put some aside for when we need little gifts. They also had little iron-on transfers that were adorable! They would be perfect on a little girl's t-shirt alone, or for the bigger girls, you could do a line of 2 or 3 or I was thinking a block of 4.
Also, they had Dixie paper plates and cups that were Disney (Mickey and Pluto, Donald,etc.) in the clearance section. They were marked down to 1.34 for each.
