To be honest, it really depends on what you can tolerate for the run. I tend to need to eat lightly so I am not searching for a port of potty during the race. I remember looking at all of the interesting meals people were eating at the All star resort before the race our first year. I saw lots of pasta, but I opted for cereal and banana for my dinner. I think last year we actually brought and made our own peanut butter sandwiches. Of course, the day after we let loose with a yummy buffet for breakfast at the Yacht Club! Good luck and have fun.
