They do pop up from time to time. During my many checks for ROL I have seen several come and go for my date, so it does happen!

I had to triple check this because I really thought the Disney Jr. characters were only at breakfast. I have booked the H&V Fantasmic package at lunch expecting to see Minnie and Friends. Plans changed and I switched it to dinner, but I would have been shocked (and not at all happy) to see the Disney Jr. characters instead of Minnie et al.

This is really misleading on Disney's website. The H&V page does say that lunch is Disney Jr. Play n Dine, but at the bottom it says 'enjoy Minnie's seasonal dining before heading to Fantasmic!' and the link takes you to the Fantasmic! dining package page. I have always started on the Fantasmic! dining page which says nothing about Disney Jr. The Fantsmic! dining page says that H&V offers characters at Minnie's dinner party, but doesn't give any indication that it is only at certain times. Fantasmic! dining packages can be booked at H&V from 11am-6pm, and Disney Jr. characters aren't mentioned anywhere on this page or anywhere else during booking. Since more than half of the Fantasmic! Dinner package times at H&V are during lunch this is blatantly misleading!

Happy Easter everyone our Easter egg hunt is gonna be in cold, rainy, bleak weather today but its all themed in the sense our upcoming Disney and Universal trips Hopefully the Disney Easter bunny will bring us definite info on the ROL packages, too!

Happy Easter fellow Dissers! The Easter bunny has delivered a star wars themed easter basket and hidden a dozen large plastic eggs in the yard, one golden egg with $3 and some beautiful plastic glittery rings! I am vowing to stay off all devices today once the girl gets up, so I hope to spend some good quality family time today. Should get to 61 so a beautiful day to clean out my car for the long drive to the airport next month.

And of course, no dining packages for the last week of April for ROL.

There is a 2:40 F! H&V for 4 on the 23rd showing right now.

Thank you so much for letting me know. My original reservation was a 1:30. The issue I'm having is that H&V has Disney Jr. characters at lunch which is listed as 11:00-2:55, and Minnie & friends at dinner which is listed as starting at 4:15. My kids are 8 and 12 and want to have Mickey and Minnie there and not the Disney Jr characters. Sorry if I'm sounding picky, just trying to make everything great for the kiddos as we won't be going back for quite a while. I appreciate your efforts though.

Yes I also would have been surprised and unhappy to walk in and see the wrong characters. I was just going through all my plans last week and making sure everything looked good when I happened to notice. I am so glad you pointed this out because I was wondering how I could've missed this huge detail in the first place. Seeing I made this reservation months ago it is quite aggravating because I am sure I could've just as easily gotten a later time for the dinner with the characters we wanted. I've been mad at myself for messing up, but now that you've pointed out the misleading info from the F! dinner package page I feel better. Maybe I'm not so crazy. So thank you!

On a side note about the F! Packages - when did they take away appetizers from the Mama Melrose package? I'm seeing listed it's only entree and desert now. We used to get an appetizer as well in the past.....
