I just got my Rumors shirts today. The white v-neck is really nice.... my daughter (9) saw me trying it on and said "ooooh! That's a pretty shirt! What does it mean "check the blog?"" - I should have gotten her one too, but now it's too late for this trip... maybe for my late august trip. I can't wait to see if CM's pick up on it. I will probably wear the Pink tech shirt for the 1/2 marathon on Sunday, since we are going to Animal Kingdom right after... I have been trying to think of something funny related to star wars that I could write on the back of it to make it fit with the theme of the race... Ideas anyone?

While many of you will be in WDW the first week of May, I will be in in Puerto Vallarta, Mexcio from April 30- May 7. I will have a Margarita for you all if you have a Dole Whip or Mickey bar for me!

That's when we're there as well. I keep hearing it'll be a nice time to go since it SHOULD be after Spring Breaks are all over, but before Memorial Day weekend & the Summer crowds start rolling in.... I've only ever been in November or August, so May is a whole new world to me

lol! I keep thinking I'm over it and then I'm not! I got a condolence text from my friend who is also a Disney nut yesterday, "Heard about ROL, so sorry..." ha!

I am fairly sure I have set my plans unless by some miracle ROL comes available for my trip, but not holding my breath. It's me and a coworker who has never been to Disney. Trying to have a good experience for her.

5/15 Arrival day - Sanaa for dinner and then DS for shopping
5/16 AK - lunch Y&Y and dinner at TH, after dinner may go to boardwalk or DS again
5/17 MK - BOG lunch, staying til park closes to see Kiss goodnight
5/18 MK - Kona breakfast and Hoop Dee Doo 4pm - not sure if will take advantage of EMH or not
5/19 EP - Akershus breakfast and Via Napoli dinner, snack at F&G in between
5/20 EP - check out, hold luggage, snack around F&G all day and head over to Rosen Shingle Creek for conference around 5-6

Great schedule! We will be at Epcot on the 20th as well. Right now we are having breakfast with the Princesses and the snacking the rest of the day through F&G until we meet a group at Yachtsmen for dinner.

So, three of our Rumors of Light shirts have arrived - so cute! Especially DD- hers is teal! looks awesome! Still waiting on DH! the only problem is that mine is huge! First time ordering a shirt from Cafepress, so live and learn! No time to order another so hopefully it will shrink a bit, but if not, oh well! The design is awesome, @HopperFan !


So I do not have a nail appointment scheduled, because I never think to do that (wish I had!), but I do have an appointment tomorrow with my hairdresser to donate my hair! Not sure how short it will end up tomorrow - I've done if a few times before but it always feels weird before I do it! It will probably be my last time as I'm starting to go gray!

I've been out of pocket trying to get all my work assignments finished before we leave next week.

I was picking DGD up after school today and started talking to the mom of one of her friends. Melody had told her friend she was going to Disney and her friend had told her mom. Seems they are going next week too. On Wednesday. They have never been. They have not bought tickets yet and they are staying off site. They are tagging along with her ODS's band trip. So needless to say they have made no plans whatsoever. Though she does at least realize they need to book FP. She plans to look at those this weekend.

I told her to call me if she needed any help or while they are there if she needs something. I panicked a bit inside thinking of going for the first time with no plans at all but I didn't say anything. I figured it wouldn't do much good to overwhelm her with info about planning when it's too late to do much. As a first timer I keep thinking they'll never know what they are missing and they'll have a good time just being there.

But I did twitch a bit inside just thinking about it
