Good morning all. I have been lurking since page 1. Just thought I would say hello . I check for my daily updates in hopes I can book ROL for my trip in June.

RoL is still showing on my MDE wish list on my PC.
Also going into Animal Kingdom drop down on PC thru MDE and clicking "night time" experiences then click "rivers of light" and it brings it up.

I'm wondering if maybe the negotiations with Tiffins over menu, pricing, packaging could be what's holding all this up. I know at the beginning of the year, there are lots of restaurants that are not listed on the Dining Plans for the new year (that were previously listed in past years) because they haven't completed negotiations - then suddenly, there they are. Just a thought.

That's perfectly normal and happens every year at the start of their negotiations. And people freak out every year and post "I can't believe how few restaurants are on the dining plan". In the end they all renew, every time.

Can anyone tell me is there even a place holder for the FP yet? Do we know that's a for sure thing? I can't see anything in the FP arena until tomorrow a.m.

But I would think they would have had to do that 6+ months ago... and with all the problems this has been I'm not convinced they have done that. it would make sense they would have all the ADRs from 6:30pm on but nothing from 4-6:30.

How do we know they haven't had these dining reservations set aside? I don't know how hard TH is to book, if people would notice if there were limited reservations or not. I honestly have no clue, I'm just speculating because that's what they do for CP & Fantasmic packages.

TH is not hard to get at all. Usually available same day.
The one thing we do know for certain is anyone with an ADR there now, that wants a RoL package ADR, will have to change their ADR from a regular meal to the dining package. It will not happen automatically. It is very unlikely they will call all current ADR holders to ask what they want to do. The good news is it's very easy to change an ADR online. Just book the new one and the system will drop the old one and make the new one all in one process

I do have a soft spot for Tom Sawyer Island but I do find it kind of comical that TSI is the attraction featured for a blog post today. I don't know why but it is making me giggle...

Hi everyone I've been lurking for only a couple of weeks. I hope everyone gets pixie dusted and soon!! I'm going crazy for you guys. Also getting nervous for myself because my 180 day ADRS are coming in 2 weeks. I know things go early so anxiously awaiting!!

I've written many a dining report, and I never knew that was how! I always have to upload my personal pics into Photobucket, I didn't realize you could grab any image/gif off the internet and insert it. Game changer. Thanks!!

Might as well join in the fun. Trying to plan our 27th trip and this is the most frustrated I've ever been, waiting for something to come out, including "free dining" year after year. Thanks to all who have been keeping us posted! Hopefully we will all get what we've been so patiently , waiting for.
