I noticed for Tiffins and Nomad Lounge, it used to say "coming soon". It doesn't say that anymore. Progress???...or ....not coming at all!! HA!

I love how they keep saying to check the parks blog when it appears at least a couple of these rumor dates were true (and postponed) but were not announced on the blog!

I have meetings all day long at work so it's going to be tough to keep checking.

There is a logical explanation
Until it is announced in the blog it is not a go. So while a CM may have thought it was going to book on X date they were wrong because that was a soft date, not a hard one. What they are saying is when there is a hard date for booking of things to open they will put it on the blog

Now, that doesn't mean there won't be lag between the moment it opens and the moment it goes on the golf, I think there will be

Yeah, that change was made overnight. I showed it to DH at dinner last night and it was still showing coming soon

I just got off the phone. I wish I had better news to report. It was the same old thing..."you need to keep checking the Disney parks blog; other websites are just speculating" then I asked about Tifffins....she didn't know anything about that. It's very frustrating but we all know we will keep trying!

We get there on the 15th of May and I can't do my Fastpasses until tonight at midnight. If you go in and check your days until (by going on the website and clicking your name under MDE you can find out for sure. I made this mistake last night and thought I could book today, but nope not until tomorrow.

We also arrive on May 15th. Good luck booking tonight!

I called a bit after 7 waited- 20 minutes -spoke to a lovely castmember who had no info as far as booking ROL dining packages.

In fact he didn't even know what Tiffins was nor did he know what rivers of light was. He thought ROL was the upcoming night safari.

However, take this for what you will, CM said there would be a week of previews but didnt have dates for the previews nor was he able to tell me when the previews could be booked.

Keep on truckin DISers. I need more emojis denoting insanity. I've used them all numerous times now.

It's a buffet, you can walk up and get what you want, as many times as you want.

It does now say opening on 22nd April. And also says "some dining plans accepted" for Tiffins, which it wasn't before.

I think the dpb announcement will be today with booking starting March 17.

Currently Tiffins is described as unique/themed dining. I had thought it was going to be a signature restaurant requiring two dining credits. Unique/themed dining is the same way Yak & Yeti and many other one credit meals are described.

Any thoughts on if Tiffins will in fact be a signature restaurant?

Disney has described Tiffin's as a Signature in the Blog Post. That would make it two credits for dining plan users.
