I'm giving it til the end of the week. This was my first bad experience with Mason. But Cammy left so....
I agree to walk away if it doesn't get done by the end of the week. I closed on a contract with Mason a month ago and we closed in a week after ROFR was passed. The issues are not with Mason, but the sellers dragging their feet to get the documents signed and notarized. If it was taking 30+ days to get closing documents, then you might have issues with the escrow/title company.

I’m not sure it’s worth waiting. Call Mason right now, don’t email (sorry, I couldn’t tell if you already did this) and tell them you are walking away and demanding your deposit back. I imagine they’ll ask you for some time and you can offer them till end of week if you want. But if you want to hang on, you need them to harass the sellers.

I get that this isn’t a great experience although I’m not sure it’s Mason’s fault per se. But you should absolutely have them on your side or else ready to get you your money back asap.
