From the Codes and Rates Board (Thank you, danny25!):

Ok, nothing incredible, the next offer that will be released in April 2 will be the same that is current for spring.
A discount from 15 percent to values, 20 percent to moderates and up to 30 percent to deluxes and some home away from home, tickets can be purchased with discount (the same that in the spring offer) but it seems that you can´t add the no expiration option to these discounted tickets.
You must book at least 4 nigths to qualify for the discounted tickets.
The prices of the tickets vary in 2 or 3 dollars more or less (depending the options) than the present now at the spring offer.
LM rooms at AOA are excluded, and Port Orleans french quarter it´s more expensive than Port Orleans riverside (around 30 to 40 per nigth)
Like always maximun 14 nigths and the offer it´s for stays June 13 to August 14

It´s a room only discount (It´s weird because you can buy the discounted tickets in a package but that´s it) so you will get the offer only until August 14 no matter you check in that day you can´t get the offer for the rest of your stay.
So sorry for those of you that have been waiting FD or something better, and hope this helps with the plans of a lot of Dissers:thumbsup2

Looks like anyone waiting for Free Dining is going to have to wait a little longer to see if Disney is going to come out with it again this year.

Well, if it's any consolation, someone else on that same thread posted an analysis of the past Free Dining offers:

Guys, I wouldn't read too much into this yet. In fact, the dates may be more telling than you think. With the exception of last year, the free dining offers have generally been released in late April, and usually begin right after the summer offer ends. If you remember the bouceback offers last fall that were for free dining this fall, they began August 18th.

So far, everything is making perfect sense to be the same as years before.

Some history:
2009 - Free dining began 8/16 and was available for booking on 3/30.
The summer room only discount expired on 8/14 and became available on 3/29.

2010 - Free dining began 8/15 and was available for booking on 4/29.
The summer room only discount expired on 8/8 and became available on 5/7.

2011 - Free dining began on 8/28 and was available for booking on 4/28.
The summer room only discount expired on 8/13 and became available on 4/1.

2012 - Free dining began on 8/25 and was available for booking on 3/1.
The summer room only discount expired on 8/14 and became available on 4/2.

So, Disney has been known to put the Free Dining offer out there later in April (2009 & 2010). This current offer is just a room-only discount and not a package. So, there's still hope that a Free Dining package is in the works.

from experience, danny25 is never wrong!! When we booked our trip for June 1, we were waiting for a discount too and it turned out to be exactly what he said! :cool1: I was ready that morning that he told us the discount would be live, stayed on hold for 3 hours....but saved $900!!! So, if danny25 says it's live on April 2, you can pretty much count on it!! (call early though so you can get your discount!!)

Ugh!!!! Thanks for posting. I was hope free dining was going to come next for September!

No worries, the summer discount drops before the fall. Notice the end dates on August 14. If you recall, the bounceback from last fall was for dates beginning on August 18 of this year...just in time for summer discounts to end. Though the free dining dropped quite early last year, I'm looking at around the end of April, as Disney is closely monitoring their bookings to determine what to offer. For whatever reason, they always like to drop free dining for Disney Visa holders on a Thursday, with the offer going public three days later. So around April 25th would be looking good.
