There are a number of threads on this.

The rumor also says it is only for FL Residents.

No flames...it seems that all of the sites are reporting on the same rumor, which came from one particular site I believe. It appears that Passporter simply left that part out.

Since it is only a rumor, it may not come to pass, it it may come, and be restricted to FL Residents, or it may be unrestricted, or it may be restricted to people born on Tuesdays during a full moon... :)

I agree with doconeill. This rumor was started by one person's blog on anothetr site. It was picked up by a blog in The Orlando Sentinel and other places. It is strictly an unconfirmed rumor.

I think the better one, and you read it here first, is that Disney is coming out with a Gold Annual Pass which is valid at all Disney Parks worldwide.

Well, I didn't hear anything about the payment plan at all, but they DID announce the Premier Passport as expected, at a price point of $700.
