Rumor has it that AP rates for 1-1 to 2-12-03 out Monday

I have it from a reliable source that AP rates for 1-1-03/2-12-03 will be out on Monday 10-28-02. I hope this is correct for all of those who are waiting.

APs expire in June, so one more trip before that would be nice.
