RUMOR: Duffy leaving Epcot after the holidays

Big Duffy fan here!!!! In our house, Duffy has more outfits than I do! ...

LOL part of the reason why I got the pillow pet was being able to avoid buying the outfits! (of course, a regular duffy would have a (moreso than pillow pet) washable outfit to get the cat fur off of).....hmmmm I may have miscalculated there!

I don't understand why they don't run some Duffy shows on the Disney channel. My daughter has loved Duffy ever since our first trip 2 yrs ago. Didn't know who he was until we saw the short bedtime shows while there and it because her favorite immediately. She tells everyone the story now. Maybe if they would put him on out there more then his popularity would grow. ....

that's how we discovered him too, and agree that they should give him a show -- if nothing else, in the late evening hours on Disney Jr!

An update for those who were asking. When I was there the first weekend in May, Duffy was still doing a M&G in Epcot and the cardboard Duffy stations were still there in each country.

Definitely not a Duffy fan, but doesn't matter to me either way if he sticks around for those that do enjoy him - just can't 'personally' relate him to being 'Disney', so he's not on my radar at all.
