Non-green and you are supposed to be quarantined so that’s an absolute no. Heck, good luck getting back to your home to quarantine if that happens...I'd say cool - but then I'm thinking that they are doing that QR thing anyway and I have a feeling non-green are still left out. And someone would say it's China and what happens there wouldn't happen here.
I honestly think kids would as a whole have an easier time adapting to masks if they had to than adults. They’re resilient.
I think trying to communicate from behind masks will be incredibly frustrating for many kids at a place like WDW. It will be challenging for parents as well, since kids need so much guidance and direction in the parks. There is a big communication barrier when people with masks try to talk to each other.
You can’t read lips or facial expressions. Many children will have a tough time with this aspect of it.
And then the business should be shut down for not taking appropriate measures.and then the business will not require masks
No mention of masks/face coverings!?
How would one eat and drink? No mention of masks/face coverings!?
I meant for the "Team members" more than guests reallyHow would one eat and drink?
For right now it’s required so I would assume yes as Disney property will adhere to local orders.I meant for the "Team members" more than guests really

Since Disney just gave the green light for 3rd party locations to open, each business has to decide if it's in their best interest and if so, can they have supplies and employees ready to go. There's probably not going to be a list drop of every location that is opening on May 20th, but rather each location announces in their own time when they'll open.Is there a list yet of which places in DS are opening?

The Disney springs site will update with new details and procedures as they become availableSince Disney just gave the green light for 3rd party locations to open, each business has to decide if it's in their best interest and if so, can they have supplies and employees ready to go. Might be a good topic for someone that has time to maintain - List of Disney Springs business openings. In post 1, keep track of businesses that announce plans to open and sort by Opening date.

And what about DVC ownersThe 50% capacity is a pretty large capacity and they probably would not need any advance "reservation" or notice of who is admitted. They can just follow their phased closure procedure. But, it's unlikely they can put reasonable social distance measures without limiting the capacity lower than 50%, so they may decide to limit entry further to actually put in practice social distance measures.
I don't see why WDW would need to create a new reservation system, though. They already have a system for closures and they already take different types of reservations: onsite resort reservations, ride reservations (FP+), dining ADRs, tours and experiences. Note that Six Flags does not have any of these reservations, so they would need to come up with a "reservation" system.
WDW can just build up/adapt that plan similar to the closure "phases." I think we will see a combination of criteria, including a ticket/pass criteria *and* some evidence you have an in-park reservation (such as a Fast Pass, ADR, tour, Experience, or hotel reservation).
This is *me* totally speculating on what the admittance criteria could be:
Phase 1:Guests must have a WDW one-day or multi-day ticket already purchased and linked to their MB or an Annual Pass, *and* a reservation, such as:
- FastPass+ reservation at the park
- Dining reservation at the park
- Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Harmony Barber Shop or The Pirates League reservations (allowed to enter MK)
- A tour or experience booked at the park
- A reservation at a WDW Resort, including The Four Seasons Resort, Swan, Dolphin or Shades of Green, Hotel Plaza Boulevard hotels arriving by bus (Best Western Lake Buena Vista Resort Hotel, The Buena Vista Palace, DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel, B Resort, Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort, Hilton), Golden Oak residents and guests.
Phase 2:Guests must have a multi-day ticket already purchased and linked to their MB, or a Premier, Annual or Premium Annual Pass, *and* a reservation, such as:
Boom, there, resolved!

There are nearly 36.000 rooms onsite I think your figures are a bit skewed, if they were half full with satLet’s say they’re at 75% capacity on property (might be higher than the actual current reservations) and say the average room has 4 people staying in it, we’re talking around 30,000 people. If they open all 4 parks, theres plenty of room to fit everyone staying in the resorts into the parks, even at 25%. Almost all resort guests could fit into either MK or EPCOT at 25% capacity (if they’re both truly 100k full capacity). Based on rumored capacity for the parks, you’re talking about 50k between EPCOT and MK, another 18k at DHS and 15k at AK. About 80k people could be fit between the 4 parks. Granted thats assuming the capacity numbers are what’s rumored when you google them, and that they’re using those numbers as opposed to 25% of average day capacity

I think people a) overestimate how challenging the masks will be. Again, people wear face coverings all over the world, every day, and manage just fine b) really underestimate what children are capable of and how adaptable they are
