Rumor about “modified experiences” when Disney reopens (read 1st post for potential modifications being considered)

@atricks said the OC department of health was on property today at WDW and SeaWorld doing their reopening-procedure-inspections, yes. Now they will have to present and have their reopening plans approved.

the approval meeting is a formality too.
no way Disney presents anything that they don’t already know is a go, in particular since they know exactly what UO is doing and how they got 100% unanimous approval.

Ugh, I just peeked over at WDWMagic to see what the "surprise" posts were. No info, of course, and now I am intrigued for tomorrow, and slightly nervous.
As long as Aug 31st is not an option.

You might want to wait to see what the phased reopening at Disney is before you make that statement. One park at Disney would be better than all of Universal for me. Other than Harry Potter, Universal is pretty lackluster.

If the resorts aren’t open that won’t matter much.

A rocket launch scheduled for tomorrow afternoon with humans (60% go flight on weather) and a potential plan for Disney to release reopening plans tomorrow? I'll look to my East in the late afternoon, but want to hear more than a future date(s) at WDW.

They may be opening parks before resorts. That was always a possibility.

I see no way they open resorts for non-DVC bookings in the time period they have already cancelled. It doesn’t make sense.
