I'm guessing (and it seems from the "article") that people will not be backstage during the show. That would not be a good idea. At all.

Maybe it's a backstage tour before or after the show. That's what I usually think of with regard to a "backstage experience".

Backstage would be the meet and greet after the show.

Well a 5 course meal at Carthay is worth about $150ish so the remaining cost for the reserved seats and back stage pass is about $300ish should the rumours be true. To rich for me, but I'm sure the show quality will be top notch so anyone who loves theatre and has money (those two tend to go together) than this will work.

Or in the words of Oaken "zis is from our vinter stock, vhere the supply and demand have a big problem".
